Ime Saturday mu že od rojstva sledi kot senca. Rojen ob lepem zimskem koncu tedna in že od mladosti predan klubskemu življenju, ko je nabiral izkušnje z gramofoni in elektronskimi ritmi. Od leta 2002 ko je po skoraj desetih letih gramofonske kovčke zamenjal z bolj kompaktnimi digitalnimi mediji prodira tudi bolj globalno kot le lokalno. Simona mnogokrat smatrajo za ideologa in prav ta imaginarnost ga je pripeljala na glasbena pota. Zase pravi: glasba mi pomeni več kot zabava in zabavati množice je moje zadovoljstvo. Ko ti množica odgovori z ekstazo se počutim blizu nadnaravnemu... A vseeno: spominjam se house glasbe ko je house bil še house… in naj tako ostane!

SATURDAY SIMON biography

Born on the sixth day of the week, he grew up with music and sound in his soul and heart. As the name of Robinsons servant Friday reflects loyalty, his relation to music is expressed in his first name. He always wanted to serve music never the music to serve him. And as sense of his second name stands behind means to hear, to be heard and reputation. The mixture of those two names is excactly his relation and response to his performance. With awareness that in life we are trying to improve ourselfs, that we are learning and developing our qualities and seeking new routes to express ourselfs he was constantly accepting new challenges in music. His inspiration, imagination and enthusiastic relation to the music makes him a believer that is catching his dream Performing and his passion is what overflows you with a fever in his sound and simply makes you move. His love and respective relation to the music is responding in his sets. His effective touch to the sound is the reason that the audience is accepting so well. After clashing with various music challenges he stepped back to the sound he knew best in 2002. After that his trip was climbing up. He performed on all main club stages in his nearness and has toured over couple of european countrys such as Spain, Greece, Italy, France, Austria, Croatia and Serbia. He had approximately 150 gigs a year til the 2007 when he decided to retire from music industry. But his fingers just couldn't sleep. After a while he came back on his 28th birthday. But that wasn't it. After performing in such clubs as AKTH, AMBASADA GAVIOLI, IL MURETTO, TROPIX, GLOBAL, TAMURE, and many others, he started to continue his journey so that the clubbing letters would be written in big and bold. His goal in this moment is to get back on the list of slovenian top club house dj's. As he is there already not by reputation but by his sense for effect in performence thats why the journey of performances walked him on stage with such names as Bugz In The Attic, Candice McKenzie, Craig Bartlett, Dr Kucho, Eddie Amador, Ian Carey, Jim Breese, Marko Nastic, Pacco, Roby Sartarelli, Seiji, The BIZ, Tiger Lilly, TommyBoy, Turnmaster Tim, etc.

After he was the leading force of small crew of housefm long time ago, he reforced the crew of SUGAR HONEY in spring 2009. But in 2010 the road got him along with the best. Let the third begining be heard as back to bussines or as the show must go on, he will not give up as long as music will be played.
